Reorder the pages of a PDF

Put the pages of a PDF in the right order by dragging them. Move one page or a whole selection, then download the reorganised document.

How it works

  1. Drop the PDF above. Each page appears with its number.
  2. Drag a page to its new place. If several pages are selected, they move together. On a phone, hold a page for a moment before dragging.
  3. Press Download PDF to save the new order.

Drag, keyboard or buttons

Use whatever is most comfortable: drag with the mouse, use the ‹ and › buttons on each page, or focus a page and press Alt + arrow keys to move it.

Across several files

Add more PDFs to the editor and you can mix their pages in a single new order before saving.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move several pages at once?

Yes. Select them first; dragging one of them moves the whole selection.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. Hold a page until it lifts, then drag it.

Can I undo a move?

Yes. Undo goes back step by step.

Are my PDF files uploaded?

Not to edit them: merging, reordering, rotating, deleting and extracting pages happen inside your browser and the file never leaves your device. Only “Convert to Word” sends the edited PDF to the Elysium server, which deletes it as soon as the Word file exists.

Is it free?

Yes, with no ads, watermarks; a verified account and an approved free license are required. Word conversion allows 10 documents per hour per visitor so the service stays available.
